Grandma's Stories---460---Casabianka's Sacrifice !!

Tipu Sultan got inspired with the message he received from Egypt and decided to fight with British,but he died in that battle.At the same time with the help of British Army, Under Lord Nelson British sailors were sailing Ships they attacked on French army and the French army lost and Nepoleon’s dream to establish a big authorised state in Asia finished.This war was called “War of Nile”.French sailors were on L Orient Ship.It was  28th July 1798,The Ship was attacked by British Ships from both sides,and L Orient was caught  fire.A  Commander ’s  12 years Son Casabianca was with him,when the sea battle was going on ,he ordered his son to stand on the deck of the ship.his father was killed.He was a brave and obedient son so he did not move,and was standing on the burning Deck alone.Every body was trying to save his own life.He shouted and asked his father,”Can I leave the position ?”but he did not get any reply.Every body was looking flames around him,and the ship was broken to pieces.About 70 sailors were saved.Casabianka lost his life.It was an example of courage and obedience, responsibility and sacrifice.
