King Prasenjeet was ruling in Shravasti,He saw a bright light in the sky and that very moment a child was born in Royal Priest’s house. Astrologers said,”Your son will be a robber.”The Priest went to the king and told every thing,he said,”Shall we sacrifice him to save hundreds of killings ?King denied because of Mahatma Gautam Buddha’s Ahinsa effect,He arranged good education for the boy ,he grew up and asked his father to go to Takshshila for further education.His name was”Ahinsak”son of “Garga”,in short time
he learnt many things and mastered,this made other disciples jealous,they talked when their master was coming,”Ahinsak is more intelligent and greater scholar than our master.”When he came back home he saw his wife was talking to Ahinsak about something,he slowly entered and asked Ahinsak to leave the place immediately ,when he returned back no body gave him work,All people closed their doors,when he was passing through the jungle,A robber stopped him by showing his knife,Ahinsak kicked and hit the man,and now he himself became a robber,He used to kill people and were chain of their fingers in his neck,so known as Angulimal.One day Mahatma Gautam Buddha was passing through the way,Angulimal came forward to attack him.He was running to catch him and Mahatma Gautam Buddha was just walking but he could not catch him,then Mahatma Gautam Buddha stopped,he fell at his feet,he realised his bad deeds and wept ,he started living in “Sangham”
