Akbar-Birbal—20.
One day Akbar was in bad mood.He was
in garden,He got stumbled and fell on a rock,He got angry,called the gardener
and ordered the soldiers to throw him in the jail,Birbal was watching
this,Birbal went to the gardener and said,”When you meet him,spit on his feet”The
gardener agreed,and did the same.When he was asked why he did so ?”He replied “Birbal
asked me to do so.”Akbar called Birbal and asked,”Why he asked the gardener to
do so?”Birbal said,”He is innocent,but still sentenced to death,he is a loyal
servant,so he spat on your foot.”Akbar realized his mistake and set him free.”
