Vinayak Yadav went to the police station and lodged his wife Prabha's and ten days daughter's missing complaint.He said ,she went early in the morning to the temple and not returned back yet.Dora reached his house { Kholi--{Room}asked," Does she do any work ? He replied ," Yes ! She is doing work on a construction site and also in the morning she does some cleaning work in a family,he does not know where she is working.
Some ladies living in the neighbourhood came there and from them Dora collected the following information,which was told by Prabha herself time to time.
Prabha Yadav was a labourer and also doing clearer's job in a muslim family's house.There living father-in-law,Rashid Sheikh ,daughter-in-law Nusrat Jahan,and grand daughter Shama were living.Father-in-law had a daughter Noorjahan too and a son in law Rafiq,and their son Aftab,They were living away but Rafiq, who was greedy and forced his wife to insist selling his flat. One day Noorjahan was arguing with her father about selling the flat,he said," I have already made Aftab as my successor ,then why do you again and again talk about this topic.Meanwhile Nusarat also arrived there and she heard the conversation and she opposed ,asked her father-in-law that Shama is also your dead son Rahim's daughter ,then why are you declaring only Aftab as successor and not Shama.Nusarat Jahan and Noor Jahan started fighting ,Noorjahan used to criticize her as she was working in a beauty parlour,Her father-in-law also didn't like her doing that job.
That very evening Nusarat Jahan and Shama found hurt and unconscious at the terrace reported by Rashid Sheikh,During inquiry Dora found Rafiq coming at that time in the flat,through cctv and his mobile location also showed the same,He first warned Nusarat Jahan by words but when she argued he got angry and he picked up a wooden stick and hit both the mother and the daughter.He was arrested from a restaurant,and criminal case was filed against him.
Prabha's husband Vinayak Yadav used to suspect that her ten days daughter was not his daughter, They had one five years son Sudesh also.Vinayak used to warn her "Go and leave the baby girl any where.Dora Rohan and the Police team reached that construction site.
At site Police came to know that the constructor gives a doctor 20,000 rs per female labourer to remove the uterus,So that they don't conceive baby and the work can go on without any disturbance .The site manager and the Doctor was arrested and criminal cases were filed against them.
Prabha conceived ,so every one got surprised actually she requested the Doctor not to do that because Nusarat Jahan asked her to become a surrogate mother for good money she agreed, another muslim couple,they gave some money to her but as the baby girl was blind they didn't ready to accept her. So Prabha went with the baby quite far,but police team in jeep saw her and caught her.Domestic violence case was filed against Vinayak.
