Nirmal’s mother Parvati Devi was also an un educated woman belong to Haryana, where quite a long time educating daughters was prohibited. Even  after detecting as girl the child used to be killed as fetus which created bride crisis. So she only wanted her daughters to be married and go to their husband’s house. Nirmal’s absence,she used to come to the shop with Amita , do all cleaning and washing bed sheets, pillow covers Nirmal‘a cloths laying there because Nirmal’s used to spend most of the time there. Though there was a narrow street at the back but they were not familiar. And at the front also there were shops only as it was a market, the connecting space was used by all the shopkeepers as godowns. So there were no social relationships here and Pure business work was going on. Parvati Devi had alway keen eye on her daughters which was very good thing. She was an uneducated lady but very practical and alert , she was updated about social demerits and unfortunate events happening around about teenagers. She was a strict disciplined woman and has kept all her children in hard discipline. She didn’t want any unwanted happening in her house. Specially after her husband Shivkumar’s sudden death she became more alert. Nirmal was also brought up with strict discipline. She knew her husband’s younger brother and his family was living a lavish life but she always taught her children that be satisfied in whatever God has given, At the time of  her husband’s death Sanjay and Sunita Sharma came once.
