Vineeta was now always eagerly waited for everyone to go out so that she could bring the novel from Suraj’s shelf and start reading. Up till no body could know about  her reading books. But one day she was cooking Dal. Though pressure cooker were not a part of cooking those days so cooking rice or Dal in open pot on stove or coal or firewood chulha was very tough.
