At first Sunita Sharma  thought to provide Nirmal car with driver for this up down but actually she was also thinking to save the money after spending the huge amount on Sujay complete education budget and now on his illness so she gave five hundred rupees to Nirmal asking him to travel by bus. For Nirmal it was very hard. His routine became very hard now. After coming back from hospital he used to get down near his home. After freshen up and shower , he used to take breakfast and then take the food in a tiffin for lunch and dinner both. All day long spending on the shop and then by bus reaching to the hospital. He was feeling fatigue from last many days. He had cough and cold too. One night Dr. Kartik saw him coughing. He gave him a container to give sample so that it could be checked in the lab. Dr Kartik was an experienced Doctor and he could differentiate the simple cough and cold and coughing as symptoms of Tuberculosis. And his suspicion was true. Nirmal was now patient of Tuberculosis.
