The papers were okay according to Delhi’s system.Next morning all reached to the notary, Parvati Devi signed and got cheque and cash both. They handed over the papers to Suraj property dealer.Brajesh Shukla asked Nirmal to buy his reserved ticket to Jalandhar for the night train. They requested Suraj to vacate the flat next morning , he agreed. Parvati Devi collected the essential things and Nirmal went and talked to the area’s scrap dealer to come early in the morning to take the furniture. Brajesh Shukla went with the cash the bigger amount that night. The cheque of very little amount was in Parvati Devi’s hands, Whatever the scrap dealer gave for the complete furniture including chairs and cots was accepted.
