The taxi crossed many roads and red lights, in ten years Samantha found many changes, the shops and the markets were shining brightly. The people walking on the roads were looking smart and rich. She thought , “ Just because I am back here after ten long years and that too from a village, I am feeling the big difference. “ The driver stopped the taxi , she saw they have reached Nursing home. She got down and took out her luggage, she paid the money to the driver, she had exchanged the ropes into Pounds at the airport. She saw the Ebro at the ground floor. She went in and introduced herself. The receptionist welcomed her formally. She took her inside, her father was at the ground floor. She asked Samantha to put the luggage there only, she can’t take the luggage inside.Samantha put the luggage down, She wanted to meet her father. The receptionist took her to a dormitory, there were five cots there. Her father’s was the last one. Receptionist said , “ he is your father” Samantha reached there she saw a lean and thin man was laying on the bed. In her imagination her father was a smart tall and healthy man but after ten years she couldn’t recognise him. She sat on the stool kept near the cot. Receptionist put finger on lip and asked Samantha to keep silent because the patient is sleeping. Receptionist asked Samantha to come out with her. Samantha followed her. ———— Continued————
