 When they reached to the village, Kalyan Singh asked Bheema to drop him to Gangadas House. Luckily he found him outside the house. He got surprised to see Kalyan Singh at his door. Kalyan Singh got down and asked Bheema that he might return to the District after two hours. Gangadas took him outside. Kalyan Singh said ,” I want to meet the owner of the house who wants to sell his house and also I would like to see the house.” Gangadas said, “ I am just calling him , he lives nearby.” He went out and within fifteen minutes came there with the man named Nawal Singh , he was a middle age man and a widower, he didn’t have any children, he wants to sell the house and go to the District place. He was a Rajmistri and he knew that in District place he will get more work and more money, so he wants to sell the house. All of them went to see the house, he liked it, it was a two storey building, and terrace. Nicely built as it was a Rajmistri’s house. He asked the rate, did a little bit bargain and then done the deal for sixty thousand of rupees. He asked Nawal Singh to come to the registry office. “ Nawal Singh became happy to know about the quick deal. They went to the registry office it was not too far. The officer there was sincere, all the matter got typed on stamp paper and signed by both the parties, Nawal Singh gave the previous papers too.
