After approximately one hour the women & the girls completed their shopping till that time everyone was feeling hungry as it was lunch time . They returned back to the Food street and started searching good food. At one restaurant they saw the cook was roasting Baties on the coal stove , it’s a favourite food in almost all parts of India. It’s a Nicky mixed wheat flour Dow by mixing some oil and a pinch of salt and then getting it roasted , it is served with delicious Dal ( Pulses with butter ) and eaten together. It’s called Dal Bati. All were hungry and they ordered Dal - Bati for all. Everyone enjoyed the lunch and then came out.
