Stubborn Mary---
Jenna Wills was single and bringing up her daughter on her own.Her husband died in an accident five years ago.She was very sad but Mary inspired to live.Mary was 8 years old at that time.Jenna was fulfilling all her wishes,so that she can’t feel absence of her Dad in life.Mary was an intelligent student and used to be first in her class,She was praised by
her teachers ,Principal,friends,neighbours and above all Mom.She slowly started feeling proud and this made her stubborn.At first Jenna ignored and fulfilled her demands but then she thought that some times her demands were completely wrong as she wanted to drive the Motorcycle of her Dad,she was just thirteen and Mom could not allow her to ride,or to go to late night parties with her friends,Jenna tried to convince her by giving examples by expressing her love and care,but most of the times Mary disagreed.One night it was a hot discussion between mother and daughter.Jenna decided to teach her a lesson,but she did not need that,and one horrible incident happened to Mary.She got the permission to attend the late night party,She was wearing her Mom’s diamond necklace and earrings.It was mid night and her house was quite far away from the Party hall,Her friend’s Dad asked her to drop home but as usual she denied.Tomorrow Morning she had have a class test and she did not want to perform bad,so she decided to go through the short cut path,it was through a jungle.In day time many people using that path but at night it was a risk,and she experienced that,She heard the sound of dry leaves getting crushed under some shoes,She stopped ,hid her self behind a tree,She saw two Drunkard were coming,She controlled her breathe,she did not make any sound,she did not want them to alert or know her presence .They were coming towards her ,because they were also going through that short cut,It took them to five Minutes to cross that tree Mary was hidden,she sighed ,she was relaxed ,she waited for ten more minutes,and then walked home.She did not reply any thing to Mummy’s curious questions,she said,”It was fine”She was very polite and started studying for next day’s test.She stood first as usual,but main thing was that she changed completely ,she was now an obedient daughter,no body could know how it happened and when.
