Grandma's Stories--697--Sindbad & His Voyages !! Part 3

Once Sindbad was on his Voyage.The ship lost its way and reached to an un known Island it stopped for some time there to find the right way.It was  beautiful Island, ,Sindbad got down ,he wanted to see it closely so he walked around,The Crew and other Passengers could not know this.Sindbad sat under a tree,and soon he slept.The Crew studied the compass and found the right way and started their further journey.Sindbad was in a deep sleep.After three hours sleep Sindbad tried to get up but he could not,his hands ,legs,and even hair were tied to small pillers with thin strong strings,he tried to brake them but failed,he heard very low voices,he slightly moved his neck and saw very small people were moving around him.He was hungry and thirsty and he made some signs to make those people understand this.They understood,soon lots of small trucks,reached there with food and water,It was a very big work for those people to feed him.With the help of ladders they reached up to his mouth,and started pouring water and food in it,For Sindbad it was a very small amount but he had no other option.Very soon he saw a big cage was being made around him,he tried to oppose this but then those people Started throwing arrows with their bows so he kept silent at that time.He lived there only for a few days,because their Minister said to their King “Your honour,We must let the man go,because he eats too much,If we don’t do this very soon he will finish all the stock of food and our people will starve.The king understood,he went inside the cage,climbed with the help of ladder,and said”We are going to set you free,Would you harm us?”Sindbad denied,The king became happy,soon Sindbad got free,he reached at the sea shore,made a boat by some Bamboos and strings ,bid good bye to all small people and started journey towards his home.
