Police station received a phone call from a famous market of the town. The caller said," My name is Manish,One man and one woman are laying at the bus stop.Both of them are unconscious and foam is coming out of their mouth.The need medical help immediately.Dora Rohan and the Police team immediately reached there with ambulance and they were sent to the hospital for further treatment.After 24 hours they came into senses they described " I am Alpa nd he is my husband Narendra,this is all done by my elder sister Shilpa because My father had given his shop and house to me in his will."She insisted us to visit temple with her then offered us cold drink and we fell unconscious.
Where are the papers ? Alpa said ," They are still with my father's lawyer friend Mr.Anil Bapna"

When Nityanand felt a little better,he phoned his lawyer friend Anil Bapna and called him there with a typed stamp paper.He gave the dictation what the matter to be typed.Soon he came,there with the papers,Nityanand called two more family friends living in the neighbour hood Sachin Tope and Mahesh Kapse also there. He signed the document there,and Sachin and Mahesh signed that document as witnesses.It was a Will ,Shop and house were now in the name of Narendra and Alpa.He expired that very night. Shilpa was informed.She arrived and when she came to know about the will , she felt injustice about property distribution among her and her sister.So she wanted to remove them from her life and capture the property.
Criminal case was filed against her.
