It is an amazing story. Dora recently came to know about it,but for Police station was familiar to the complainer Mishti Koli,and Police team was working with Mishti Koli's case for last ten years at that time she was just eight years. She was living with her mother Geeta Koli in a Slum colony. They were living a very hard life. They used to collect the used Polythene bags from heap of garbage thrown by people.Then according to their quantity they were getting money for their bread and butter.Only one big punk of that colony was Pappu Bhai,he was authorized to buy those polythene,give money,He used to take the rent of those "Jhuggies "{ Huts}This complete slum colony was owned by Pappu Bhai.
She was studying in class 4th in a school running by one NGO for that Slum colony kids just at the boundary of that colony. It was that unfortunate day she came back from school she saw her mother was screaming and trying to get rid of the grip of Pappu Bhai ,she was on the bed and she saw Pappu Bhai was trying to control her mother.Mishti looked both the sides and saw grinding stone ,she picked up that stone and hit on Pappu's head with full force and full strength, he fell down on the floor.Her mother shouted," Run Run Go away and she ran away.
She went to the railway station and climbed up on train,She got down at a small town.A tea stall owner Baburam was helped her being independent,she started working.He had son ten years old son Ravi both of them happily working there.She told her complete story to Baburam,Baburam went and inquired and came to know that Pappu bhai is still alive but her mother vanished.Then Mishti Koli came to the Police station and lodged her mother's missing complaint.She didn't have her photograph.She helped Police artist to draw her sketch.All the photocopies of that photo were distributed among all informers.
Today after twelve long years one informer Rakesh called Dora that a lady sells balloons out side a garden.Old Baburam Ravi and Mishti Koli went there. She saw Yes She was her mother Geeta Koli,She ran towards her and hugged " Mother !!"Mother was looking at her like a stranger"Then she recognised her Both of them were weeping tears were rolling on their cheeks.Both of them thanked Dora Rohan and the complete police department.
