About Dreams !!

All the ages of and different of people dream.Some dreams make them happy and some make them sad or worried.They are known to influence for good or bad.I have studied about dreams while I was doing M.A.{ Psychology } ,Me and My husband used to write our dreams in a diary which helped me to study it minutely .One night he saw,”He and his friend {Who was his business Partner as well,were walking on a road,suddenly the road ahead became dark,my husband turned around and walked back,and after some days their partnership broke,my husband withdrawn ,his friend continued and failed.he had to face a loss of quite a big amount.”A part of our brain is called as junk yard,in which the suppressed desires or socially  prohibited things of a man or woman are thrown,and when they sleep they fulfil their these desires through these dreams.Freud was the most known Psychologist who did study,survey and experiments,and found that dreaming is experienced by all ,highest to lowest and best to worst,ancient times to today,and understood them. About the entire period of dreaming time  during the sleep,has different opinions .It is believed that the length of time which a dream occupies is just a few seconds,however the dream may be seem complicated and long . Restricted or controlled things of the day may convert into a dream.They may be of simple acts  happy or sad,strange,impossible,beautiful or ugly as well,in other words they may deal with a to z.They may be of walking,dangerous,thrilling,dressing,undressing.It is said that after midnight dreams come true.It could happen any night,A housewife can dance with a famous hero,and fly like a bird in the sky.It is proved that dreaming is a natural process as common as breathing.Though dreams are mirror of our selves.The message it contains is expressed in visual forms,in picture symbols which represent our ideas and emotaions. Interpreting a dream would be easier if the dream said what it wants to say.In our conscious life we use words to describe what we mean,but in our dreams we see our thoughts put into action,use of symbols for words or feelings are expressed.Two People don’t dream same and don’t use same Symbols but symbols for Common thoughts and emotions express the same interpretation,If we want to learn about ourself,we must keep a dream diary ,record our dreams and interpret them with the help of the symbols. Every dream’s actions occur in a place,which may be familiar or may be totally strange ,some time the place resembles the real place or may be different. Freud’s Interpretation :Freud did the scientific study and did their psychological interpretation. Freud’s full name was Sigmund Freud,he was Austrian Physician{!856 to 1939}He was known as the father and founder of Psychoanalysis.He became impressed by the conflict between the conscious and the unconscious mind of an individual.Concious mind acts or tries to act while the unconscious mind struggles to find an outlet.Denied satisfaction,because of social pressures,desires,stay in the unconscious part of mind,supposed to be forgotten,expressed them in dreams.According to Freud ‘s theory repressed desires of an individual express themselves in dreams.Some dreams may have the same interpretation.Most dreams concern with fundamentals of life and occupy our day time thoughts.Many dreams are regarded as signs of good luck or bad luck.
