Today's Tip !! Marriage and other arrangements !!

Marriage is a commitment between husband and wife. In India previously child marriages took place, I guess because of invaders, parents adopted this system so that the girl should be handed over to her husband's parents and this way they had completed their responsibilities. When India got free and we had have our constitution we declared child marriages illegal, but still in villages they take place. One more reason was there for accepting these marriages by society that in these marriages the boy's parents could teach the girl family's way of life and could make her like family member. Time changed, education enlightenment changed society and the educated girls. Anti dowry law acted positively but in many cases misused by the brides and her parents too. Educated girls started selecting their own partners but we can't say all such marriages are successful. A big percentage of women adopted the system not to get married and concentrated on career, among them some adopted orphan child, some became mothers without marriage, this way society's values were gradually coming downwards ,but still some more to come when people started living together as husband and wife and called it live in relationships and law accepted it as legal and a child born with such relationships called equal to legal successors. !!
