Dr. Kartik  called Nirmal’s mother and described about Nirmal,she immediately wanted to come to the hospital but Dr. Kartik said , “ He is under my observation and treatment. You can come tomorrow morning here to see him.”She said Okay. She thought it would be very tough now to run the shop as already there is cut throat competition and to run the shop is not only sitting and selling the products.We need to buy things at cheap price from wholesale market and sell them by adding our profits.
