Grandma's Stories--613--Middle Path !

Middle Path –
Sara had have only son Mark.He loved his mother very much and always listened to her.He had have a general store in which he was selling grocery. He used to be busy morning till night ,he had have only one assistant named James. His shop was the only shop on that hill road so people living around found the shop very convenient for their necessities.
Mark was very much miser and never wanted to spend a single penny for some one’s help.Sara was very kind and wanted to help others. Some times she wanted to give money to an artist sitting at the railway station and playing a Guitar or any other musical instrument. Some times she wanted to donate some money to the charity shops working for blind or Cancer research foundation,or heart care foundations.
When ever this topic arose it always ended without any conclusion because Mark’s arguments were perfect and Sara’s as well. Both were correct while favouring their own side.Sara was representing the generation in which it was called GOD’S work.Mark was representing the modern time in which he already had seen many fraud and fake people.
Sara wanted to go for pilgrimage and Mark helped her buying tickets and booking her stay where ever she wanted to stay during her journey.Sara’s Money bag stolen in a train during journey, though there was very small amount in it but she got shocked and thought that Mark is right.
In Sara’s absence Zoe an 80 years old lady ,Sara’s friend living neighbour hood ,every day was asking “Have you had your lunch ? have you had your dinner ?Can I do something for you ? and Mark was replying “No,Thank You”.Mark thought Mom is right. The World is not that bad as I think.
When Sara came back and both of them shared their experiences they found a middle path to do good,They themselves started to distribute bread to those who were really disable, hungry and didn’t have money or support.
