Beast of Burden –
Dominic Donkey was now old and weak could not do work properly.He was working in a Potter’s Work shop and used to take earthen pots from work shop to the market for sell.He served his master Henry for last many years ,in fact he even did not know when he was born and who his parents were.From early child hood he found two Jute bags on his back full of pots and a small stick in his master’s hand which hurts hard.His master used to tie them all with trees and give all Donkeys dry grass in a cotton bag which he used to hang in their necks while he was selling pots and busy earning money.
One day Dominic was not feeling good and so while they were going to the market he dashed to a stone and fell down ,all the pots broke and Henry whipped him so much he still shivers thinking about that.Then Henry kicked him out.
He walked and walked and reached towards the jungle,He found green grass there,but he knew it is very dangerous to stay in the jungle.So for some days he stayed there hiding himself and getting his energy back by eating green grass.
Then one day he again walked to a village and he was just watching what to do what not to do while a sharp Washer man saw him he immediately brought a string and tied him with a pillar in front of his hut,One more Donkey was already tied there.He gave him green grass and after one hour he hanged a big bundle of clothes on his back and one big bundle on another Donkey’s back and moved them ahead by kicking with his foot.He also had have the same stick.Dominic thought the weight was almost same.but clothes are better than earthen pots.He felt satisfied,it is a better place than dangerous jungle
