Leela already had done her L.T.which was a type of B.Ed.and now she was eligible for teacher’s post,there was a vacancy also,some one suggested her to meet education Minister who was there at tha moment,She straight way went to meet him and said “I am eligible to this post,Please allow me to do the job”The Minister was of a traditional thinking said”Naukari karna aurton ka kaam nahi hai,Aurton ka kaam chulha funkana hai”She replied,”Main Naukari bhi kar loongi aur choolha bhi foonk loongi”He then gave her permission,and Leela got her Government Job as teacher ,she did this job for 38 long years successfully,and retired in 1985 as Principal of Malav Kanya Vidyalay,Indore,Very well known ,and You may say renowned school of Indore,{I also did my B.Ed lessons there during my B.Ed}.Leela was now earning her confidence increased and she decided to get married but Same situation was there in Leela’s house while she disclosed about her decision,Every body tried to make her understand that it is not good for her.Grandma said ,”You are earning and can do whatever you want why do you want to get married ?But she was firm at her decision,My father’s one friend organised the marriage in Kishanganj {Mhow} Leela’s two brothers and some children present there,Father’s Only friend Mr.Mishra was there,My Mama took a Photograph and said {Doing Prank}”Going to publish in news paper”Father was serious ,he did not tell anny thing to his family members.”But every thing was fine then,All members of Perlekar family including my Grandfather accepted Leela by heart and they led a successful married life,After this ,the same way,myself and my sister got married to persons of our own choice ,by finding on our own ,and after that a number of inter caste marriages occurred in Perlekar and in Banerjee family as well.
