There was a King named Charudutt.His wife’s name was Sanghmitra and his son’s name was Kuldeep.Kuldeep was a pampered child,so he became stubborn and surrounded by bad boys .He became a drunkard,spending money on bating,theft and sex crimes.At the age of twenty,his father decided to marry him with a homely and beautiful girl,mother also thought it may be a good way to divert him from the bad habits he has become in griped.But the result was not as they expected.Kuldeep lost his wife’s Jewellery in bating.Charudutt came to know this he felt very bad,and scolded his son,so he came out of the Palace and went to the Jungle.There he saw some religious people were doing hard prayers,and “Jagrann”{ Whole night prayers}He also heard all.In the early morning all people slept.Kuldeep was hungry so he silently took the food,while he was coming back he dashed one of them,the man started shouting ,”Thief Thief”All awoke and following Kuldeep.The Town guard heard this he aimed his arrow,it killed Kuldeep.He was taken to Lord Shiva by angels,they said,”He has spent a very bad life never done any thing good.”Lord Shiva said,”May be,but un knowingly he has done fast,jagrann,and ate my Prasad,so his all sins are forgiven,now Make him alive and let him live.Kuldeep now started living a good and religious life.
