Grandma's Stories--856-- Old Pigeon!!

Cooper was the oldest pigeon among all those pigeons.They were living together on the roof of a railway station.They were getting enough food at the Platform because there were many food stalls there.People coming and going by trains used to buy food,eat and throw there.Cooper used to teach his group,Be careful,Some human beings are kind but many of of them are not trustworthy.Young some times wanted to go out for flight and they could get permission after listening a long lecture.One day a young group got permission,they became very happy.They were flying and looking down the beautiful town.Then they reached out skirts of the town.Green fields with crops was attracting them.At one place they say white rice grains ,looking like a white bed sheet.it was very tempting,they could not resist themselves.They came down but Oh ! O ! there was a thin net over the rice grains.their paws got entangled there.They were helpless ,trapped.They all were sad didn't know what was going to them, and how they can get rescued.When they did't arrive on time,Cooper got worried,he took five expert Pigeons with him and went to search them all over.They found them soon.They could watch them but could not rescue them.Suddenly Cooper saw his old friend Rat Desmond coming out of the store,he flew down a little bit nearer to the store,Desmond recognized him,Cooper described every thing in short,Desmond immediately ran towards the trap and he bit the trap where all the Pigeons were trapped,They got free,Cooper thanked his friend Desmond,All the Pigeons came back to the railway station's roof.All the young said sorryto Cooper and all elders,they now understood,This roof is the safest place for all of them.
