Busy-- Who is more busy than he who hath least to do.
The busiest men have the most leisure.
The fool is busy in everyman's business but his own.
To be too busy gets contempt.
Butcher--Better pay the butcher than a doctor.
Butter-- Butter is gold in the morning ,silver in the noon ,
lead at night.
Butter that cow yields ,it is not all.
No butter will stick to his bread.
They that have got good store of butter may lay it thick on their bread.
To look as if butterwill not melt in one's mouth.
Buttered--His bread is buttered on both sides.
Butterfly--Take not musket to kill a butterfly.
Buy--If you buy the cow tae the tail into the bargain.
He that buys land buys many stones.
He that buys flesh buys bones.
He that buys eggs buys many shells.
He that buys good ale buys nothing else.
Buy at a fair but sell at home.
He that blames would buy.
They buy good cheap bring nothing home.
Buyer--Let the buyer beware
The buyer needs a hundred a hundred eyes the seller not one.
By--By the street of by and by and by and by one arrives at the 
house of never.
Bygone--Let bygones be bygones.
Byre--Bring a crow to the hall and she will run to the byre.
