Neelakshi was missing.She has not come back home from school yet.Her Mom and Dad were worried and went to school to inquire but school authorities said she didn't come to school today.They immediately went to the Police Station and reportedF.I.R.Dora and Rohan were informed,Dora thanked Police Chief for giving her chance to learn investigate different criminal cases.
Neelakshi was thirteen years.Her Mom & Dad Mr.Krishnakant & Mrs.Radhika Rastogi were living in railways quarters.Mr. Babulal was living next to them with his elder sister Savitri devi.Both of them were un married.Babulal was about 40 years.He was just a clerk in Railway's office.Mr.Krishnakant was his senior officer.All the railway colony's different flats were allotted category wise to railway employees.
Babulal and his sister were very jealous to Rastogi family,but they never showed this.Radhika Rastogi used to tie rakhee on Babulal's wrist on "Rakshabandhan"{ One Indian Festival}and so Neelakshi used to call him "Mama" { Mother's Brother}
Recently Neelakshi received a Bicycle from her Dad as her birthday gift.She did not know properly riding it.When Babulal saw her trying to learn riding he offered him self to help him learning.Neelakshi agreed happily.
Next morning when she came out with her school bag to go to school,Babulal said," Why are you walking to school,You have got a beautiful bicycle,I'll help you riding.She said O.K.but instead going towards her school he insisted her to go from other way,saying that he has some work there,he will take just five minutes.Neelakshi agreed,and he took her to an isolated hut like house and trapped her there.
Babulal then returned back on his duties.He then took food for Neelakshi at night and then again tied her hands and mouth so that she could not scream or shout for help.
Dora & Rohan came for inquiry there and asked many questions to other neighbours and her school friends,It was confirmed that she didn't go to school that day.
One lady said," Yes Sir I had seen her riding bicycle with Babulal"Babulal was standing in that crowed around Dora & Rohan,he could not reply.His behavior was suspicious.She asked every one to give her their Mobile numbers,and she then went back.
Mobile Surveillance system showed its location moving on the road.Dora and Rohan followed it and they saw Babulal was driving a car.The went near him and stopped his car.Police Party also arrived there in Jeep.They opened the Car boot,Neelakshi was there.Dora untied the strings and freed her.
Babulal was arrested and her sister too,she was also the planner of this crime.Case was filed against them.
