Ell--An inch a miss is as good as an ell.
Elm--Every elm has its man.
Empty--Empty Vessels make much noice.
An empty purse causes a full heart
An empty sack can not stand upright
End-- The end justifies the means
That never ends ill which begins in GOD's name
The end makes all equal
It is divinity that shapes our ends
In the end things will mend
Such beginning such end
To make both ends meet
Endure--He that will not endure labour in this world ,
let him not be born
What can't be cured must be endured
Enemy--If you have no enemies,it is a sign ,fortune has forgot you.
An enemy's mouth seldom speaks well
One enemy can do more hurt than ten friends can do 
He own enemy is no one's friend 
If you would make an enemy,lend a man money
