Mitali Shrivastava was living with her sixteen years daughter Shrija in her own house.It was a very big house built by her Late Husband Mr.Yogendra Shrivastava.He was Working as one Administrative officer.He expired one year ago.Mrs.Mitali was getting his pension,which was quite enough for Mitali and Shrija.Shrija was doing her high school.Mrs.Mitali rented one room to a young boy named Rakesh.It was Mitali's bad decision because,Rakesh was not a student and he lied about his parents and his family also.He paid only advance money for first month's rent and then stopped.Mitali had rented that room on recommendation of a little bit known lawyer Mr.Sudesh Gupta.No rental deed,no terms and conditions were signed on legal papers.After two months Mitali went to the lawyer to complain about Rakesh.He said no problem,I will do something.One day when Mitali was out and Shrija was at school,He went to Mitali's house and hit Rakesh hard,he fell unconscious,Mitali reached and just in few seconds Police party arrived,some body informed Police about the incident.They arrested Mitali,she had no alibi.
Sudesh Gupta went to meet her,and asked her to sign some papers saying that,these are legal papers authorize me to defend you.He came back home,Shrija was there,very sad and disappointed.He said," Go and get the original Registry papers of the house.When she brought them he just burnt them and laughed like crazy and said,"Now this house is mine" Mrs.Mitali got bail when Shrija deposited the required amount.She described," Mr.Sudesh has burnt our registry papers"
Mitali called Dora and told her details.She believed her.She suggested her to convert the house as doss house.When Sudesh was not there,Mitali brought some poor people to live there.Dora helped her making legal application for making it Doss house.Dora's one friend in the registry office helped her registering in register in back date.Though it was wrong but they had no option as their enemy was vicious and he had burnt the original papers.This act worked,Police was called by Mitali that Sudesh Gupta forcibaly entered in her house.It was her husband's last wish to make it a Doss house,and We already have applied for that.It was inquired by police and proved.Police arrested Sudesh Gupta for entering another person's house forcibly.Mitali made ground floor of her house as Doss house she won the case and Sudesh Gupta was punished.
