This case belongs to lower middle class of a small village of Maharashtra. Saguna got married on that day. Her parents Pandurang and Durga were happy,She was their only daughter.Just completed eighteen years.Her husband was also only son Vilas of his parents Srinath and Kanta.Both the families were happy that night.Every body in the village woke up next morning by loud noise.Vilas was shouting,His parents came in " Vilas said ," She has betrayed us her parents betrayed us" What happened ? They asked.He replied " She is saying that she was in relationship with a boy"She has to leave now" I will take her back to her parents now" His parents also agreed and all the villagers too then about six o'clock both of them left the house.Saguna was continuously weeping and saying," It was my past now since a long time I have not seen him" But no body was listening.
Vilas took her in a car borrowed by the "Sarpanch" highest governance authority of village.When they reached more than half way,Saguna said," I would like to go on my own now,my parents will get shocked,let me go now,Please stop the car " Vilas said Ok.He stopped the car and Saguna got down.Vilas drove back the car.
In the morning at ten o'clock Vilas received a phone call from Saguna's dad,He was asking," How is she ? Vilas said I dropped her near your house,because she is no more my wife now"Saguna's Dad Pandurang was shocked,he shouted full of anger " She has not arrived yet" I am going to complain to the Police Station.
He immediately went to the Police Station to lodge the complaint.Dora and Rohan were informed.Dora thought ," Where she has gone ?" It was so early morning how can police find an eye witness.But it was luck for Police,Dora found an eye witness.A farmer was going to his farm,he saw,Saguna got down,and talked to Rohit ? "Who is Rohit ? Dora asked,He described.Generally Village people know every one of their own village and important people of neighbouring village.Rohit was a Richman "{ Shivaji Sawant's son}.
Dora Rohan and Police Party reached Shivaji Sawant's big house.They had to face many problems as Shivaji Sawant first did not allow them to come in and then Rohit denied to know Saguna or any meeting with her.
They came back empty handed.Dora then started keeping eye on Rohit.She and Rohan followed him next day and they reached exactly at the right place.When he unlocked the door of one house,Police Party forcefully pushed him and entered ,they searched all over and found Saguna tied with a bed.She was rescued,and both of them brought to the Police station.Saguna said," She liked her tutor first and wanted to get married with him but his parents denied for that relation." Only this was the thing she told her husband the first night and he decided to leave her." When I got down from his car,and he drove off,I saw Rohit,I knew him as he was a big man's son,He asked me the matter and then offered me a lift,I trusted,he brought me here and tied me,trapped me."
Criminal case was lodged against all criminals.
