Mrs Sujata Rawat recently arrived to this town with her husband Paresh Rawat and daughter.She and her husband were art graduate and had a six year old daughter Shruti.They wanted to give good education to their daughter so they left their village and came here.Both of them studied together and attracted towards each other and got married.In each school mostly there is only one arts teacher post,so they got the job in different schools.Mrs.Sujata Rawat got job in an Army school.All the Trusties were Army officers.Principal Mr. Anil Vats was out of station when Mrs.Sujata Rawat Joined her duties.She liked the school and her work too.Rawat family received a Wedding invitation card from their close relative. They decided to go to village and attend the wedding. Paresh Rawat got the leave for a month.Mrs.Sujata Rawat also got the appointment to meet with the principal,he was back last night.
When she reached to his office and requested for leave,he started trying to touch her in a vulgar way,she ran out but he followed,he clamped her in his arms in the corridor.The school peon and the cleaning man both saw this.She any how pushed him and ran towards the staff room.There she came to know that it is his habit and each lady including the peon have become victims of him.Mrs.Sijata came home and talked to her husband.Her husband said ," You go and complain to the trusties" She wrote an application and got signatures of all teachers and sent it to the Trusties.She was called to attend a meeting.In that meeting Principal Mr.Anil Vats was also present.He denied every blame and declared every statement wrong given by all staff members.
Mrs.Sujata Rawat was given a termination letter and other teachers were warned not to do such things again.Mrs.Nalini Shah was also one of among those teachers.She suggested Mrs.Sujata Rawat to call Dora,she gave her Dora's helpline number.Mr.& Mrs.Rawat agreed,they called Dora,Dora listened to them,and asked to meet next day.She then met to the Chief of the organisation work for Women rights.They talked in details,and went to the school with Police Party.They had sufficient evidence against Principal.He was arrested and brought to the police station for interrogation,he confessed.Case was filed properly.
