Unbidden-- An unbidden guest knows not where to sit
Uncertainty -- The glorious uncertainty
Under-- Under water famine under snow bread
Understanding--Who has not understanding let him have legs
Understands-- Who understands ill answers ill
Unforeseen-- It is unforeseen that always happens
Ugliness--  Better an ugly face than ugly mind
Union--Union is strength 
Unreasonable--Things unreasonable are never durable
Unrighteous--The unrighteous penny corrupts the righteous pound
Unsound--Unsound minds like unsound bodies if you feed you poison
Untaught-- Better born untaught than illtaught
Unthankful-- You can call a man no worse than unthankful
Unworthy-- He is unworthy of life that cause not life in another
He is unworthy to live who lives only for himself
Up--Up the hill favour me down the hill beware thee
Use-- Use legs and have legs
Use makes perfectness
Use the means and GOD will give blessing
