Raghvan arrived Madras mny yesrs ago with a big ambition to be a big and rich man.He was just 12th Pass man. His younger brother Madhvan also came with him.He tried to find jobs but there were more educated persons in the competition,so he could not find the job.At last he hired a Cycle Rickshaw and started riding it for earning money.
He was not satisfied but better for a start.One day while he was coming back for lunch.Three Policemen stopped him,snatched his earned money from his pocket { Yes ! Partly Bribery is there in Police Department }
After that day it happened twice to him.One day he was standing with his friends on a "Chaat Shop" he described this.They all laughed at him.They said," You will have to give them share"But we have a brilliant idea for you so that you will earn more and you can bear this expense"He asked," Which ? They said," Look ! These days Alcohol prohibition has been applied in Madras,but people make it,and drink it by paying double money.We do this,If you want You can also do it.
Raghvan happily agreed,he went with them to the Brewer ,He then started doing supply of Alcohol bottols to the requested places and started earning quite good.He was still not satisfied. He went to the Brewer and introduced his younger brother he said" Now he will do my work"I want to do something big.The Brewer said," It is not easy"But he said I am ready to take risk.
Police high officials came to know about the Bribery in their own department.They sent special officers to find the real culprits.
Dora Rohan and the Police Party also followed those two officers.All people were in Civil dress.For the first time Raghvan kidnapped a girl.She was standing and waiting for bus,He offered her lift ,she agreed but when she understood he is not taking her to destination she started shouting.She could not jump as Raghvan was driving high speed.But he slowed down near those Policemem who used to take bribe.Both the Policemen took big money,and helped him to tie her.All the special officers team surrounded the Auto.The girl was rescued.Cast was filed against the policemen taking bribe.Thewhole network of Alcohol suppliers arrested and case was filed against all of them.
