Nilanjana had a firm imagination about Kolkata. She planned to eat fish and rice every day like the Bengalis. When they walked towards the market, they saw many restaurants. They went inside the most famous restaurant. Maybe its name was Dawat. Nilanjana noticed that all the people who were working there were not Bengalis and the person collecting the money at the counter was not Bengali but spoke Bengali but may be was Bangladeshi and all the people eating and drinking were also Bangladeshi, women were wearing burqa. And the food that was being served was like things like Hyderabadi Biryani and Korma, not a dish of Bengali taste or recipe. Somehow they returned after eating something, another imagination of Neelanjana was found in the soil. They came back.
