After independence and , according to the constitution, women got the equal rights, many reformers like Raja Ramamohan Ray Swmi Dayanand Saraswati etc did hard efforts against such customs.This way the Women's Education started , they started doing jobs, today they are in army and airforce too.in INSV Tarini six young women rowed around the world 21600 miles, in 254 days and 6 ports , No man was there on this ship. Every where we see women in Antarctica or Space, in NASA or ISRO , we see Indian women, it's very proud for us, but the crime against women is also increasing simultaneously. Dowry , kidnapping, rape etc.and also Domestic Violence are very common.One more change appeared in modern times, Girls and Boys freely make relationships, they date each other, Break up and Hook up are the words we have never heard, But still the new generation Boys and Girls both are quite intelligent, they have clear pictures about their future about career, they don't get stuck to one job or one place, they continuously search the better and they shift every now and then.They are confident and don't compromise with things.!!
