Today's Tip !!
One thing good for yesterday, not necessary to be right for today, because the circumstances, surroundings have changed. I am writing about India.For example In Yesterday's time, social structure of a family was different,men were earning by farming or some jobs at big people's business or own business, women were only housewives they were not allowed to go to school and study. Child marriage were common then according to constitution 18 years was declared for marriage legally and now it is 21 years.Previously Parda ,was very common because of insecurity from Muslim invaders.then gradually time changed and family social structures also changed. Girls education was promoted, after independence, women also started being independent by doing jobs. Women are basically dedicated towards their aim so most of the women when got chance they studied hard and achieved different destinations , they became Doctors Engineers Professors, Lecturers Scientists , we have examples of Indian scientists Kalpana Chawla and Sunita Williams in Space Science in NASA.We used to hear the word Women's Liberation it's about removing all bad bindings imposed on women, like Parda, child marriage, prohibition of being educated, being independent etc. Today's almost all women are educated they know their rights, and many of them are independent and others are also following the same path.This way Today's social structure of a family also changing, because now both the husband and wife are working and earning equally or somewhere more than a man,now if they are getting married they properly share house works with understanding,they first plan for a child but they can't bring him up on their own and as they live away from their parents, they always need a nanny or a crèche for their child and this is due to change in family and social structure ! Some grand parents do help them for sometimes but children's all round progress needs own parents' concentration which is missing . Though some parents are very alert and besides all their busy routine they do this work also perfectly. !!
