Today's Tip !!
We have learnt about sleep and dreams in one of the previous episodes but I think this is the subject one can think and write unlimited. I used to think which is the particular moment we exactly go to sleep, means the conscious brain stops working and the complete charge is taken by our subconscious mind. And when we wake up , how conscious mind takes charge and subconscious stops working. Many times we can't sleep , just after laying in the bed, we change sides left to right and right to left. Sometimes there might be some disturbing reason, but most of the times without any reasons you have to spend many sleepless hours, this depends upon person to person, and age , mental status and also activity level. Some people who are emotional and small things hurt them can have usually such problems, or those who have some problem to be solved, they also calculate many ifs and buts , plus and minus of their problems .For such reasons they spend many sleepless hours. I guess the people who do hard work like farmers. Masons, labourers, they sleep a sound sleep any where, even at a hard rocky surface, any time , whenever they get a break during long work they sleep in between a calm and quiet sleep, in examination time , it is tough for some students to avoid sleep and some students can't sleep well because of examination time.some one is worried about tomorrow's his or her first time flight, this way we see any small reason for sleepless hours.Sleep is very important to get refreshed, scientifically or psychologically both. When I didn't sleep well last night I am sure I would sleep well tonight. Many people go to the doctors for Insomnia and they need to have pills to sleep .Alcohol's role in your sleep is very important. When a person starts taking alcohol, he sleeps well , gradually he needs more alcohol so he increases quantity of alcohol, but Alas ! In most of the cases he loses his sound sleep and invites lots of physical problems. But the main thing is that sleep is a blessing from GOD !! Everyone wants to sleep well !!
