Today's Tip !!
Our body is an amazing machine created by GOD.We have many precious things, as hands to work , legs to walk, brain to think and control this body machine. We have many organs inside to make the body working. What we eat and drink is just like a fuel for it, and it's quality must be maintained while consuming. If an ordinary machine not working for some time it gets rusty, and the rule applies on our body too, our body needs exercise and work out. Only eating good delicious and taking rest makes it ill and finishes it earliest.For long lasting life we need to do movement for hands legs head shoulders stomach back waist neck and even eyes.We need to do Yoga( Whatever we know and how much we could ) for our inner organs. It makes our inner organs healthy resulted outer body also healthy. Technology continues making life easier and full of comforts but this is not good for our body. Because our body movements getting fewer day by day . We don't walk because we go to our office by car , we don't need meeting a friend as he is in our Whatsapp list , we have remote to start or changing a channels , to lock or open a car doors or turn on and off lights fans etc.Previously when we didn't have such facilities everyone had have quite good movement. Even ladies too need to do physical work a lot just as home maker. But now everyone have water from tap, washing machine and dish washer for washing clothes and cleaning utensils.So now everyone have to do walking at least for one hour , and other exercises for different organs and Yoga and Pranayama for keeping our organs inside fit. And the most important thing is What should we eat and how much , thanks to technology that we now know the edible things quality containing how much calories and which vitamins or minerals and we can have a chart age wise and weight wise how much calories we need to consume. We know very well that brain is the most precious organ organise our body and to keep it fit We need to avoid the things we consume just for fun , like drugs , cigarettes, alcohol and other things, it damages our brain, at that extent that we might not take right decision, we might lose our control on ourselves and if some one becomes drug addict his whole golden life drowns in drugs. So good food ( less oil less spice less salt and no sugar) and plenty of water helps us draining out poisons toxins from body and keep us fit and healthy for long time !!
