Today's Tip !! Self Discipline !!

 Today's Tip !! 

Self discipline is the best thing one can do. First , in eating, he needs to convince himself what is good and what is bad for health. What is healthy food , and supports body's healthy system and junk food makes your body ill or unhealthy. You need to maintain your blood pressure and sugar level, cholesterol level to make your inner organs fit, You need to drink plenty of water to remove or flush out poisonous toxins from your body. The tasty things have temptations but they are not good, Alcohol might gives you a little  bit fun but it resulted a sleepless night , bad hangover mornings and consuming excess of alcohol damages your kidney, and all of us know how important kidneys role is in body , both kidneys the strainers and they filters the blood for our body. Even then we see people are in habit of consuming alcohol, cigarettes and even drugs addiction and they spoil their health. The second thing is exercise, which is very important to keep our body fit.Next is walking to keep the body working. It is said that only 5 % diseases are unpredictably grip human beings and rest 95% are called by we the human beings so avoid these 95% illnesses by self discipline,And now about the mental things. Always support the right thing,Always try helping needy people and animals too. Do your hardest effort to achieve your goal being self disciplined. If everyone would do such efforts we can make a healthy and developed India and feel more proud of it !!
