Though we know the average age is increased now a days. In previous generations it was quite less, I mean most people used to live only sixty to sixty five ,seventy years, but gradually many diseases cured and  average age  increased. Tuberculosis was quite a common disease and even many Aristocrat people died of such diseases but BCG  Vaccine was invented .For last many years India is ahead in research and invention of different Vaccines and stopped many diseases like Chicken pox small pox, cholera, tetanus, typhoid, plague and now for Covid-19  Vaccine  etc.Now a days we have medicines for high blood pressure a common disease and for ,diabetes, or many small and big diseases. Most of us know about the healthy life style,what is good and what is bad for their health. How many calories one should consume and how many calories one should burn.Still we see many patients having all these common diseases,and heart disease also.The most precious thing for us is our life , our health and for that a healthy lifestyle. So this subject should be taught in schools right from the beginning and then everyone will be aware of his own health and take good care of himself.
