 We are human beings and we have lots of feelings and emotions continuously work inside our brain. We have love care for our near and dear ones, when this love and care sometimes reaches at extreme due to some hard times they convert into worries and stress too. If our dearest person is ill , facing a serious health problem we too equally have mental  stress till he doesn’t come out of this sickness.We have anger, and as soon as someone acts against our will or speaks against our will , we strongly oppose, we react strongly, we express our anger, We bring these emotions with our birth but we have a quite intelligent brain too to use these emotions according to the situation.We spend our money very carefully, after judging it’s necessity or urgency, then why we spend our emotions without thinking that’s necessary or not. All these emotions are precious,sometimes we spend our love and care for someone,for many years and the person takes all this for granted and someday his or her hard words wakes us and we think that all these years we spent our love and affection uselessly, then we get stressed, it brings sleeplessness which affects our health, anger which increases our blood pressure, this stress might affect our heart and can convert into serious heart problems.So ultimately our emotions bring different illnesses for us. So be careful spending emotions as you are careful about spending money.
