Today’s Tip !! Perfection !!
I myself like mostly things to be perfect . Not very big things but small things. I mean to say the photo frames on the wall or switch boards must be straight, cushions, should be kept properly on the sofa, at kitchen should be organised properly, shoes in their racks and clothes in cupboard.This is good because when we need them we can get them immediately. In a family all members are not same or equal , so some times it becomes a cause of difference of opinion or sometimes small or big quarrels . The next step is about faults in things or house. In my view the faults should be repaired properly so that they won’t make big damages and demand big budgets, so when the problem starts should be repaired. I see many people do “ Jugaad “ instead of repairing them properly. Jugaad is not always bad , might be cured the problem but a perfectionist doesn’t feel good by such solutions. Because sometimes it looks shabby and whenever we see at it , it reminds us that it it’s Jugaad. When we eat properly cooked food and always very particular about the ingredients, salt chilli dhaniya and frying everything should be perfect and tasty, When we wear proper clothes not so tight or lose, shoes comfortable then why should we do Jugaad instead of properly repairing . GOD has blessed us with a perfect body. It is declared by world’s topmost scientists that human beings can’t make such brilliant quick responding machine . What we do with the machine is we don’t take care of it . We know eight hours sleep is necessary for body so that body can repair itself in that time. We do late night parties sleep late wake up late. It damages body which we know quite late. We know what is good or bad for our body but we overlook it. We eat extra oil in food , extra salt sugar , We take alcohol, everything damages our intestines a little bit each time and one day brings big effect on body’s mechanisms , We smoke and damage our lungs we stay lethargic and don’t do any exercise then also we damage our body, we get unbearable pain in knees and Doctors do repairing and transplant knees, when we fall and brake bones doctors insert rods to support, for heart they insert stent and this way be bring our body for repairing . If we care for our body right from beginning, eat and drink healthy , do exercise properly, take rest timely then we can be healthy for long time !!
