All the first and second floor rooms were used as hostel. Five rooms on each . Ground floor was used by Mrs. Yashoda Joshi who was about sixty and was a tall healthy and quite strong by nature.She was very commanding and no mischief could be done there. She also had have a big kitchen one head cook and two helpers to cook food and serve in the rooms. She had have her own bedroom and bathroom. Each room connected to a bathroom. Only one person  can live in the room and she was changing one thousand rupees per month which was quite heavy amount those days.Rana was a rich boy and he used to pay the amount in advance. Yashoda Joshi liked him.
