Raghu was a Potter.He was living in Ramgarh State.His earthen Clay Pots were very famous.People used to come there from other states to buy his pots.Raghu had a piece of land,Raghu used to bring black and smooth clay to make pots from that land,One day he found smooth little golden particles in clay,but he did not understand what was that.He brought the clay and as usual made pots,he found thin golden lines on his pots and they were looking beautiful.These pots became more famous,and everybody wanted to buy such pot,so other potters started feeling jealousy.There was a goldsmith named Durjan was living near by,one day he bought three pots,reached home,broke them,and found golden particles.Raghu was selling the pots for normal price.Durjan decided to snatch that land.He went to Raghu next day and insisted him to sell the land,but Raghu denied ,Durjan offered a big amount for that land but Raghu did not accept.Durjan then started buying his pots and taking out gold.Raghu got suspected,why he takes so many pots?what does he do with them?One day he said”I am not giving you the pots any more,because I make them for the people of neighbourhood villages.If you buy all,what would I give them?Then Durjan started buying through another persons,but very soon Raghu came to know the fact.Then Durjan complained to the King”The land belongs to Raghu consists gold particles,and legally it is the Property of the King,and Raghu must be punished because he had hidden the truth.”The soldiers called Raghu,and asked,why have you hidden this thing from us that your land consists gold particles”Raghu’s eyes spread wide,he got surprised,he said”I did not know about this,I only make pots and sell them like other Potters,and sell them for normal price”The Minister was an intelligent man,he sent the Spies,the brought the truth,the whole information,the Minister conveyed all to the King,The King called Durjan and said”Raghu is a simple man,he did not know about the gold,but you are a gold smith,and you came to know about it,you tried to buy the land,but did not inform about it previously,so Raghu is innocent,and you will be punished for hiding the truth.The King sent him to Prison”Set Raghu free,gave him another piece of equal land and took his land.Raghu still makes pots but now they are not with golden linings.
