  Today's Tip !! 

Obesity is a very bad thing,And one should try hard to get rid of it. Human body is the most effective and efficient machine made by GOD , it's so very wonderful, no machine has been made like this machine till today. It's a boon to all human beings and everyone should take very good care of it. No one else can take care of your body, you know your body better and you can take the best care of it. If it troubles you , only you will suffer, no one other. It is said that 95% of diseases are called by us, and only 5% are very hard to cure. How can we take care of it ? As your car runs smoothly if you have filled the tank with pure fuel, and same way if you drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, take drugs , eat junk food always or cold drinks, you always been lethargic, you never want to walk, instead of it you always like to drive, you never do exercise. You follow the rule " Eat Drink & Be Merry " Can you imagine what would be the result of all these.? You will soon suffer from Obesity, You can have high Blood pressure, if you have genetic history you can be a victim of diabetics. Heart disease and stroke , gallbladder disease and gallstones, osteoarthritis ,gout and some type of cancers too. So just be disciplined, sleep early and wake up early, do exercise do Yoga and prefer walking, eat healthy not junk and avoid smoking alcohol, never drugs.This way you can keep your machine fit and fine. You should get yourself checked by a good doctor within six months so that you can know you are fit or you need some medication to keep yourself fit.You should always be aware of the nutritive value of all foods. You must know how much calories you need and how many calories each item have you are consuming. You should avoid sugar, it is not at all useful for your good health. Never use table salt. Eat less oily and less spicy food. Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables, no need to buy costly fruits, we have lots of vegetables available at very cheap price in markets. Our country is very rich in this reference. We have all seasons and each season brings different fruits in abundance.A lower middle class person also avails these. Why to eat Pizza burger ? Potato chips ? Keep your body fit and stay healthy , enjoy life !!
