Leave –Leave –
Once King Krishnadevraya got angry with Tenali Rama while he went to ask leave.He said ,”Do you know how many Ministers and how many courtiers are on leave ,if every body goes on leave how all the works will get done.Tenali Rama understood the problem and withdrawn the leave application then he went to the main office to look at the register that how many people are on leave and till which date they will be on leave and they belong to which department.
He then decided his priorities and serially started doing work for each absent person ,Within a week he did all the pending works of each department and then went to King Krishnadevraya to inform this.
King Krishnadevraya was so happy listening this he gave many prizes to him and allotted a ten days holiday leave to him.
