Grandma's Stories--366--Mulla Naseeruddin & Spy !!

Mulla naseeruddin was listening the story being told by one of the three travellers.He said,Once a district officer sent his elephant to a village,He used to eat very big quantity of food so Villagers wanted him to take the elephant back,but who will go and tell the district officer,they went to Mulla Naseeruddin.Mulla Naseeruddin went to the District officer but instead of asking him to bring back the elephant he said ” O’Master ! Villagers are very happy serving your Elephant,It will be very kind of you if you send one more elephant to their village.Then Mulla bent down and kissed his shoes.Hearing this Mulla got angry and couldn’t resist,he said “You are a liar”but Mulla recognised him,he met him before,he was a Paid Spy of Amir,and was in search of Mulla Naseeruddin,he also understood that the man who is speaking with such confidence is non other than Mulla Naseeruddin,Mulla Naseeruddin ran he followed.The Donkey saw his master running so with full force he rushed and the pole by which he was tied and a drum were being dragged by him ,so many people got hurt,many merchants lost their things,there were shouts every where,no body knew what was going on,Mulla Naseeruddin found his Donkey,he untied the pole and calm him down.Mulla Naseeruddin was in search of a good place to sleep,he went to a burial,No body was going to disturb him and his Donkey there.
