Leela was growing up.Those days People never gave much importance to children’s education specially if they need to attend a marriage or any other function they they used to take their children to far away places for long time.This thing happened to Leela also.I still can’t understand all her little brothers and sisters were going to Convent ,wearing smart uniform,by bus,and no efforts were done for her school.At very early age she was doing struggle for her own admission,walking school to school.Even she went to the Deaf and Dumb’s school called “Sewa Sadan”The Principal told,”This is not for you my child !Though it is very tough to get admission in this mid session but you must go and try in “AhilyaAashram”It is a famous school of Indore.Leela went there.The Principal said “How can you get admission here.Marathi language is compulsory here,Leela said,”I will learn Marathi,Please allow me studying here”Seeing her determination and dedication towards studies ,Principal enrolled her.She learnt Marathi so beautifully no body could guess she was a Bengali girl.This Marathi Played a very important role in her life.
