In a big town of India {Asaam}there lived a rich businessman named Hukumat Roy,his wife died after giving birth to a son,he did not get married again,he loved his son very much and tried to do all his works himself,though there was a big battalion of servants ,he felt himself happy to do his son’s works.He wanted him to be happy always and so he named him Jolly,Jolly also loved his father very much.Jolly was now a big boy of nine years,he was very good in his studies,all teachers always appreciated him.Jolly liked to play foot ball,he had a big football ground of his own,his friends used to come to him for playing football,but this time Jolly was getting bored because examinations are over,and results are not declared,his most of the friends have gone out on holidays,he asked his Daddy”Can we go for a long drive Daddy?”
“Yes,you can go ,ask the driver ,he will take you “”No,Daddy “I want to go with you”
“You will have to wait for an hour then,I have to finish some important work and then I will go with You.”
After one hour Jolly and his Daddy were going for a long drive,Now they were entering the road which had thick jungles both the sides,suddenly Hukumat Roy lost his balance and the car sloped.The car was in full speed so it crashed to a big tree,Hukumat Roy bumped his head on the staring wheel,blood came out,Jolly did not get hurt as he was safely tied with the belt.Jolly tried to wake his Daddy up,but he was not responding,
With a great Patience he came out of the car,there was no one in the jungle,only one elephant was eating leaves from a tree,Jolly went a little bit near to him and started speaking every thing,He stopped eating and came near Jolly,Jolly turned back and went running to the car,he pulled his Daddy any way,till that time the elephant also reached there,Suddenly he picked up Jolly in his trunk and started running on the road going to the town,Jolly was screaming first,but he understood that the elephant is not doing all this without any reason,he had heard before that elephants are quite intelligent,and he found it true,the elephant stopped in front of a clinic,a doctor was coming out,Jolly ran to him and told every thing,Doctor was very good he immediately sat in his car,Jolly sat near him,they reached at the place,Doctor opened his box ,cleaned his wound,put a bandage on it ,Now Hukumat Roy was feeling good,Jolly told him the whole story about the elephant.Hukumat Roy wanted to do something not only for the elephant but for all the animals living in that jungle,so he appointed many forest savers,to save them all from the very bad hunters.The elephant was now Jolly’s friend,Jolly used to come there and call loudly”Jambo and Jambo comes running to Jolly,they play football together and spend a very good time together.
