Today's Tip !!
We take care of everything, we do cleaning of our house, cleaning our car, washing clothes and want our area neat and clean outside. What about our body ? We say , Yes we do bathing every day, but what about it's fitness ? It's a perfect machine and needs to overhauling, What is the overhauling of body ? Exercise, and make it fit , in Yoga also there are exercises for head to toes, even for eyes, so we must select any of them of our own choice and every day give time to do exercise.We should think like that , " How good our body is ! It gives happiness and helps us achieving our goals, It has been the best friend in hardship time. It never gave up , it always supported,inspired to move ahead, at failure time also it gives sympathy us and again cheers up to stand and start. Now such a true friend needs a little exercise for at least half -n-hour, and walking one hour. The second thing, body is not what is visible outside, we need to take care of it's inner parts too. First thing, we must not consume Alcohol , it damages our liver, we must not do smoking it damages our lungs , we must not be drug addict it damages brain , kidney. We must not eat junky it affects our intestines and stomach, also it has no food values. Our ancestors knew food values and they preferred the best ,these days we know the food value of each and every product, and we know how good these things for us.Aaurveda a natural medicine system originated in India more than 3000 years ago. It's base line is to prevent our body from illness.By the Indian herbs we can increase the immunity of our body and make it strong. This way we can take care of our body completely and then we can do good works for the welfare of mankind !!
