Many of us have the habit of overthinking.What we don't realise is,that half of the thoughts are repeated,and less than half don't ever see the face of reality.Instead of wasting that time and stressing your body,one should learn to manifest and desire and put into imagination ,the goal one aspires to be.
Nothing remains constant,everything changes.Positive thinking and mindfulness, are required to keep a mind healthy and happy.We don't live in the past,and future is yet to come.The power of "NOW" is felt by all,but we hardly are aware of it.Learning to relax that mind and enjoying the present moment should be a necessary step taken by us all.
