Traitors –
King Krishnadevraya and all the
ministers used to have had some leisure time together.One Moon lit night they
decided to go for horse riding to the forest.When they reached their
destination they heard some noises ,Tenali Rama suggested the king to ride ahead,they
rode ahead,and saw,that some bullock carts are coming ,fully loaded with the
trunks of the trees.King and all the ministers got down from horses.
Tenali Rama asked them hard and they said that they do this work for a minister who is still waiting at the bank of the river.According to the Minister’s wish ,they will throw all these tree trunks in the river and will be picked up by the neighbouring state’s people, according to their King’s wish,it is the agreement between them,we are only labourers and get money for this work,and this work is being done since last two years.Those all labourers were caught by the soldiers ,who used to be with the king as body guards,then they all reached at the bank of the river,the Minister saw all of them including King,started trembling ,he had sent an application of sickness that day to avoid the horse riding as he already had have this work to do.He was also caught and all were punished hard next day for being traitors.
